can anyone help?

no camera, in soil, part daylight,part weak lights...... this happened last year as well, it stayed green, and didnt grow for months! so not sure about rooting..... unsure of what strain. i believe mixed seeds. all growing at different speeds. 2 germinated, sprouted and planted...

a friend of mine is growing a few plants, maybe third week, and one has not produced any spear leaves, just its first two babies, and it's not progressing much....and wondering also, whats the best pot size to use for the complete growth cycle?
