I've got a plant like that. I call her One-Leaf. She also put out this wild spiral mutant leaf. Very cool looking, and otherwise healthy far as I can tell.

Sure looks like mite damage, and heavy. Get a magnifier and check the underside of the leaves for little brown or black dots. If it's mites and it's as bad as it looks, you'll see them crawling around, and like dude said they squish easy and leave guts. Safer soap the crap out of 'em, but avoid...
