I think I am going to do just that. You think 3 4" booster fans would work for just pulling the hot air from the hood out? Then I would be able to use one of the 4" fans just for sucking hot air from inside tent through carbon filter. You think this would be better? Appreciate the comments.

Its a Hydro-farm Reflector with lens.It has built in 4" flanges/openings on both sides.I am on the same page with you regarding the 1000 being maybe too much and the need for a bigger fan for exhaust.Those are the two main things I constantly think about..My last few grows have been with a 400w...

Go to fox farms website. The feeding schedule is spelled out for you. Pretty self explainitory. I use earth juice grow,bloom, catalyst and their micronutes. I add fox farms beastie blooms on week 3 and 4. Earth juice is much milder and therefore in my opinion easier for a newbie. Less chance to...
