My First Grow! DIY DWC & Grow Area, SNOW WHITE FEM FROM SEED!

that cloning tub makes me smile. lol. maybe drill a few holes, but try to be systematic about it. if you put holes up top, you'll need a few down below to create airflow, just holes in the top won't do anything. you need an entrance and an exit. looks like she should work like a charm. congrats...

My First Grow! DIY DWC & Grow Area, SNOW WHITE FEM FROM SEED!

also just looked through your pictures, now would be an OK time to trim anything green UNDER your screen. all you want under the screen at this point are stems. should give a boost to whats happening up top. less energy wasted on leaves/nodes/buds that aren't getting any light. :peace: Shack

what is that bright light in pic 3? if thats light pouring out, you need to cover that somehow, that means light is pouring in during lights off. not REALLY an issue now, but once you get into flower, could definitely fuck things up. :peace: Shack

    DIY Grow Tent

alright! thanks seem ok to me. average running temp is about 82-83 degrees, i'm ok with this. keep in mind, for the sake of curiosity i turned off the intake fan, and let it run passively and maintained this temp. also for the sake of curiosity, i placed the dual temp gauge inside the exhaust...

FINALLY! a good baseline for temp testing. all gauges read bout 71.6 in the grow space, closet temp was reading right 70. Running the system, fans on and lights on, time to see about getting some REAL and consistent numbers, instead of the jumpy BS i had the last test (i.e. 100 degrees here, 68...

Stealth PC grow case(w/ help of trunk5)

it would be soil if there were soil. the root structure is suspended by hydroton, but the growing medium, at the root zone is a reservoir of water, so no. this grow does not constitute a soil grow. sorry to jump on that one bro, but had the answer and the time. :peace: Shack PS i didn't...

what i'm trying to figure out... those fan speed controllers are 3 conductor, and the fan itself is 2 conductor.... did you wire this fan directly into a wall box for power? or use lamp cord at one end of the wiring? :peace: Shack

    DIY Grow Tent

hmmm no i can't identify that plant.. clover? i really have no idea! i went for the 120VAC fans and i'm SUPER happy with things, i used two conductor lamp cord with 2 prong plugs already attached to the end of the wire, and plug mine into a power strip. they work AWESOME! i'm even OK with not...

    cloning a bud

its a pain in the ass is the main reason. also, the success rate, 50-50, as you learned.. cloning a vegging plant you can increase your odds by 20% minimum. also the re-vegging tim is a pain. to get that guy to start growing full fan leaves could be a few extra weeks. :peace: Shack

Someguys Perpetual Parabolic SCROG Cabinet grow (trying to actually keep a journal)

i've been using molasses, seaweed/kelp extract, and floralicious (grow/bloom) micronutrients, plus superthrive in my ornamental gardens. i just may use this same regiment for my next grow. between the seaweed and the molasses (i also plan to start with fox farms soil) i think should i have a...
