drilled a hole in the reflector and made a hook from a piece of fairly heavy duty elecrical wire ... i passed it through the hole in the reflector and hooked into the lamp body .... then pulled the lamp up straight in the reflector and bent it so it couldn't pull back through ..... lamp is not...

i don't think stretching does any real good... it just means that the plant is trying to find more light .... which means thats effort that could be used for building a better structure... all visably streched plants i've seen have small buds
