I am just setting up my room which is 5 feet by 12 feet. I have a 400W HPS in there right now. Would it be a better idea to get a 2nd 400W HPS and run them both for veg then add my 1000W HPS for flowering? is that too much wattage?

I am very confused on when how and exactly what types of nutrients i should be using for an indoor grow. Also I am mixing my dry soil with perlite, dolomite lime, and vermiculite. is there anything I am forgetting/
