I have a 3x4x7h room I am using FF nutes trio 400 watt hps system with a 400 watt conversion bulb 18/6 I got Northern Lights and I have 20 seedlings Temp right now been around 75 to 80 moving fan I leave the door open for air movement.

What is a Good mix for Happy frog 1 cubic ft or should I leave it alone.!! Help please I am about ready to transplant into bigger pots.
