I don't really notice the typical burnt tips i usually get from nute burn, but wouldn't totally discount that. It's a pretty small plant to be getting nutes at all really, i would say. What are your temps like? My leaves tend to curl up when i'm cooking them.... CalMag is your friend....it...

The lumen to watt ratio of a HPS light is a little higher but not enough to make the 90 watt difference. CFL's will allow for more coverage as well, depending on the type. Plus this is the CFL section so.....the winner is 240W CFL. I actually just picked up a 150W HPS and it's working well...

Hey SJ, I wouldn't say that they suffer from bleaching, they have only ever really hurt seedlings. It's the worm, larva stage were they out right killed my silver kush seedlings. I was so pissed. The affected plants are mostly in a rubbermaid with 1 cfl and 1 small fan so they aren't too happy...

CFL shop lights work great. T8 style is a little out of date now so can be purchased very cheap $20 for a fixture (on sale) they can cover a large area as the bulbs are 4 feet long. They already have at least a crappy refelctor. THey hold 2 32w T8 20000 lumen bulbs.

Well i waited a bit longer than i thought it would have too to harvest, but i've now got 4 girls 3 weeks from harvest that i just switched back to 18/6. They were really just kind of an experiment, i wanted to see how much i could get off of 8 plants and set it up for harvest every three weeks...

I'd say....672 hours give or take a couple of minutes...

I use a cardboard box, cut a hole on each side one at each end attach the fan to one hole and connect the other to the cabinet. Air will go around corners...light not so much. I know that explanation is lame....let me find a pic...
