It was from veg I only had 1 small light full spec on it . And it was to high but it was the only way I could get the light to cover both plants .. and I do start them in solo cups then a 1 gal then 3 then this time jumped to 1p gal and it been topped I got to find my SOG net

My girls are in there 1st week of 12 12 and are in 10gal smart pots I water them every 3 or 4 days and use a gal of nute water for each is this enough?
