Im at just over 3000 metres (10000ft) so pretty high but not ridiculously so and nothing really for round here. That last picture from asungate is at about 6000 metres (20000ft) and that was hard work, 5 minutes walking on flat is enough to leave you exhausted and mostly it isnt flat

i wouldnt hurry into using nutrients if you just added new soil and recently repotted as the fresh soil will have enough stuff for now, let the roots spread in the new pots and once you start seeing faster growth then start using nutrients, and go slowly with them. the problems associated with...

it needs to be part of your soil so you cant mix it in now, if you add more soil to the fill up your pots (which i would recommend) mix perlite in to the new soil before you add it, like 20% should be fine, it does make things a lot nicer

They are a little bit stretched which is a consequence of not getting enough light, so if you can move them to a spot with more direct sunlight that will help, also next time you repot them you can bury those stems up until the first set of leaves (and for now fill up the pots to the very top)...
