Depends on how many lights you have, size of container, and how high you want your plants to get. I get 9 under each 1000 watt in 5 gal. kept under 3ft.
I guess there's other ways of doing it, but most people veg their plants under the screen weaving it till it fills the screen up then flip to flower. If you are planning on using the green house imo lst and super crop would work best in a green house.

I dont add anything to my water in the cloner. No PH ing nothing. it normal for it to take 7 to 14 days to get roots so be patience. The only thing you need to keep a eye on it the water temp.
Try as you might if its left in there all your girls WILL be seeded. Its too hard to try and control pollen in a open room. And every plant that grows from those seed will have the hermie gene in it, so its very likely that all the plants grown from those seeds will hemie on you.
