Too wet and this has killed the cuttings. Try to have it so the jiffys need watering every day after about day 3. No domes or containers around the jiffys. sterile tools,heat mats and make sure angle cut is covered tightly in the jiffy no gaps.

Raise the light its getting a little bleached and never let the coco dry that much all you will get big problems later.

Add some soil to cover the roots, dont use mulch wood chips etc indoor, it makes the soil acid and can make the pot hold water too long. Next time transplant deeper.
