Fuck bro what is this ? The brown patches are salt burn caused by the medium you used. Try a good coco mix next time so your leaves are green and full till the end giving you a heavier harvest.

Also dont use that medium again. Soils are no good for indoor dope plants. Ph fucks up too quickly,salt builds up and it holds water too long. Use a pro coco mix ,i use canna terra and never have issues.

Let the pots dry a lot more between waterings, lower and run the lights 24/7.

I think its a good idea to re pot. The pots are far too small for those plants. The nute burn is salt build up because the medium is drying too quick.

Bro you never put a jiffy in a rw cube. The yellowing is overwatering, the seedlings are starved for air and jiffys work best when they can dry more between waterings. Atm they cant dry at all giving you the drooping and yellowing.

I cant see a problem here, most plants have red stems.
