Yeah when I grew my indica there was alot more branching then a 15 foot sativa I had outdoors, but mainly because I cut the growth tips, now i'm not sure if its the same way letting em grow natural when it comes to branching, so who knows.

Screen of green, I've been thinking that 3 sqf/per plant would be decent, but how would I control the screen? I heard with indicas namely WW, for 1 plant I let it fill up to 50% before switching to 12/12.

Well, lets speak hypothetically here, The dude at the hydroponic shop told me not to cap my intake, but I feel as if that is defeating the whole air cooled hood part, it's letting the hot air escape and I thought that was a bad thing. Now if I cap that off and all the heat stays inside the hood...

Nope, only one, the hood has an intake and an exhaust port. I am drawing air from the grow room into the light from the intake port, its getting sucked through the light out of the exhaust port into the vent, out the exhaust fan and into the cieling, I wish I could draw you a picture. sadface

Woah I think you took what I said differently, I already am drawing air from the grow room, through the intake port , out the exhaust port, up my duct and through my exhaust fan and out the cieling. Get it?

It sucks air in from the other side of the Light, where the Intake " should " be. Talked to the dude at the Hydroponic shop and he said that would be better then capping it off. I know you can't see it from the picture. My bad.

So what your saying is, measure the temps at lets say the top or the room, and thats what counts?

No, its coming from the light, to the vent to the exhaust and out the room.

Its about a foot 1/2 off the top of my bucket and the temps are at 85. after about 15 min or so.
