how do you figure out the lumens if not stated? it might of been on the post and i might of skipped it

ok so i have 2 14W LED that = 75 w MH/HPS i went with LED because they are low heat, low energy, and last long. how much wattage or even lumen would i need for the veg area thats 1 1/2 ft wide X 2 ft in X 3 ft high.

yea i read somewhere that you get a foot of growth per gallon. how big do you let them get in 4 in pots before transplanting?
