great thread.. you have all props. So I hang my buds up to dry...then put them into paper bags before curing??? why? If they are dry they go to jar which distributes the moister right??

In my experience...heat in a smaller area has to be moved way faster by using a bigger fan. If heat is an issue maybe try Co2. But to answer your questioin yes the ambient or outside temp does matter a lot since you are bringing that outside air into the tent
Put your hand under the light. If you hand feels uncomfortable after a whle move the light. I have had temps up to 90 and the plant still thrived with no stress. just don't burn the babes
