read this whole thread carefully and you will be thoroughly informed on how you should mod your waterfarms...in my opinion they should always be moded to get the most out of them....im running my first waterfarm right now and this forum helped me out more than anything

dude the pH is much more manageable now... i still adjust it about 4 times a day but i cant complain..with the water recirculating all the bucket pH's are the same as the controlling reservoir..im keeping it between 5.5 and 6...sometimes when i wake up and come check it will be as high as 6.2...

Some root growth is goin on...you can see that topping these plants helped keep them shorter...think they look a little bit yellow or not as green as they should?

yup the haze for sure needs more nutes...im gunna make up a new solution in a day or 2 since a just made this one...probably with a ppm of 300 maybe 250 and ill continue giving the haze foliar sprays to make up for it. Right now the ppm is at 180.

yea its running alot smoother now...i actually put the T connector thats usually for the drip ring on there and it actually made it better..its pumping water out pretty good instead of just spittin it out

it might have been circulation actually...the humidity has goten to about 55% and our humidifiers mist was closer to the 2 plants that were effected...i pointed the oscilating to blow constant on the light to cool the room down but that made the air more stagnant...it could be some of the leaves...

well im for sure going to look into that canna stuff...i think they have that at my local hydro store which is convenient. The recirculating upgrade has helped tremendously with making all the pots have the same ppm and ph as the res. Still though the pH rises very quickly and I have to tweak it...

do you think i should flush my system with a no nute solution for a week? and just foliar spray my bigger plants? Do you think that would help stablize my pH a bit?

Ive done some reading and it looks like the nutes I have tend to give alot of work on maintaining appropriate pH levels...sucks...think i should switch nutes?...Alot of the products I have are really good Ive read but I am thinking about changing the base nute to something else...maybe something...

oh yea same here..cant wait to see what everything looks like in a week...2 weeks and those JFs should have roots coming out the bottom i bet..
