its fine, it'll balance out. Seedlings can grow a little wierd in the beginning, but in my exp they always even out.

I use dyna-gro, which apparently has all 16 micro and macro nutrients.

I keep hearing everyone say they only feed nutes every 2-3 waterings, and do 1/4 - 1/2 strength of nutes. Does that depend on what you use? I've been using dyna-gro/dyna-bloom, and I feed with nutes every time I water at full strength and all my plants look healthy and great... I use syna-gro...

they can only add to it, shouldnt do any harm. cfls produce almost no heat, you can probly move them to about an inch away

give them another 2 weeks or so and the smell should be strong. Some strains just dont stink until farther into flowering.
