These look fine to me. Like rev said you might want to get a fan to give these little babies some air flow, plus it will strengthen up the stalks.

It is either the strain, or it is a sign of stress. I have had that on many of my plants and I have never seen anything bad come of it. Don't worry so much about the stems; the leaves will usually tell you when something is wrong with your babies.
