You will have to add it every week. And remember the grow chart in there is a base line, some strains may need more or less nutes at times. But it gives you a good idea of what and how you should be doing it. best of luck.

the humidity was too low thats why the seed got stuck. I would mist it a time or two with plain water that will moisten up the seed membrane up so it will fall off easier, just dont over do it and cause damping off.

Yes thats what it is so you need to do a flush, and after doing a flush there will be no nutes in your soil thats why 1/2 strength nutes the next watering.
