Run fans 24/7 and only use coco/perlite not husk, soil etc.

Your making something easy seem hard. Just use canna terra in coco every watering at the max amount on the label, veg and flower. You cant use a chart as plants consume more or less at different stages of growth and ambient temps and you must go by eye and feel of the pot.

All the rain has caused the medium to stay too wet too long and now they have a major root system issue. Yellow new growth is usually problems in the root system. Also being in all that scrub doesn't help as no sun or air can get to the pot to help dry it between waterings.
