Just a few weeks ago I had a batch of 6 plants I was vegging and decided not to grow them because they were clone of a strain that wasn't competing with my other top shelfers. I decided to let them sit there in the mostly dark. It took 6 days for them to wilt. I then killed them. But 2 weeks...
Different lights or different hoods? If it's hoods. I would recommend big reflective air hoods with glass bottoms. I've tried a bunch of kinds and those give the best spread. I use the big Kahana brand and you can adjust the height of the bulb to change the spread.
I'd start with light distance. Then 1k lights could be a tad bit closer. Inch them in until you notice top bud/leaf damage then you know next time what the closest is to go. I'd personally have those about 12" from the top of my ladies.
Now that you have this under your belt shoot for something closer to 1g/watt. I'm averaging about .75gpw. Change variables and see what different things do.
I understand it's too early with Trump but I'm glad I didn't go ahead with my import business. I do plan on having a team. I've talked to some growers in Colorado and they've told me if I can handle my 60 I have now with and trained team 500 won't be no sweat besides the obvious learning curve...
As long as you stay within state, municipal and licensing regulations I don't see how you could be prosecuted. I understand federally it's still illegal but with other state examples, Obama preventing DEA from using funds and now Trump administration removing the "marijuana is bad" page off the...
Apart from the negativity I do understand the process. I'm a business owner I've jumped the hurdles plenty of times. I've already had a meeting with a lawyer. I'm not counting my chickens yet because I know there is a lot that needs to happen to pull this off but not trying isn't going to get me...
Just stress the branches that are getting bigger. I don't mainline anymore but when I did I would come around every few days and "supercrop" the biggest one (s). Basically pinching without breaking the tallest ones at the top will stunt that top and allow others to catch up.
I bought a few of the galaxy hydro 300w off amazon. I don't even use them anymore because the spectrum is trash. Way too much red for veg and not strong enough for flowering. I sometimes use them as supplemental lighting but besides that I regret my purchases.
I haven't seen a thread on the upcoming commercial laws set for Michigan. If anyone is interested in teaming up post away. I'm in the Detroit area looking to get in the door for the upcoming commercial laws. I've talked to lawyers and I'm not sure I can do this alone.
Yes dtw. Even if the solution is oxygenated enough there's no harm in supercharging it. the air stones also keep the reservoirs constantly mixed. with my air stone setup my drum levels off additives in about 30 seconds. a good way to test this is add ph up or down and see how long it takes for...
