    HELP!!! PLEASE why do my buds bud like this?

    been in flowering for almost 10 weeks. water only for the last 2 light 13 hours on 11 off. lighting 2750 cool watt per pair 8 lights total. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED! what am i doing wrong? what do i need to do? the plants are sativas:leaf:
