They do look small. Lighting, nutes, medium?. My guess is limited lumens and a feeding program that was a bit random. It'll smoke.

Pretty prohibitive where I live as well. (WA) The fees are crazy and the place is loaded with big players. As much as it is legal and all this place isn't exactly what one would call "friendly"'. No home grow for rec. users.

Make sure you pH your water. Cut those bitches off. Be sure not to over water and have a good time. They don't look too bad to me.

They look ok. They'll do a lot of cool shit, and get bigger, if you take care of them. There is no silver bullet.
