Hello. The plants are 29 days old in the photos. 1 of the plants just is growing as fast as the other 3. It's not unhealthy looking or anything just doesn't have the growth the others do. 1 plant is about 12 inches, 2 more are about 11 inches and the other is about 9 inches. I will probably wait...

I am growing 4 diesel plants using a MH for veg. and plan on switching to a HPS for flowering. The lighting system I am using is 400 watt. I was wondering what the proper distance the light should be from the top of the plants? Any input is greatly appreciated.

I have read that you can use HPS but I have read that MH is the way to go for veg.

ganjaluvr, Thanks for the help. I have read to keep them about 18 inches or so from the tops with a 400 watt. I will move up the light some and see how they do..thanks for the help.
