umm i dont think you understood it correctly the thc-f just needs 3 chart NOTES from a doctor relevent to the injury. the chart notes cannot be over 3 years old. mri,cat,xrays they will look at also if you have them it is just a physicians "opininion" as to wether or not they feel cannibus...
