They said mailing things out have been pretty hectic for them lately due to the pandemic. Also since each order is hand written / walked into the post, I imagine it's a bit of work. Sucks it's been taking 2-3 weeks vs their normal 1 week.

you can get a replacement mouthpiece off ebay for a pretty good price. you need to turn the switch from 0 to 1 on the iolite, then your gonna start hearing the hissing sound. press the button on the side and look for the orange light to turn on. once the hissing sound goes off you can hit it...
