Well chit I'm just screwing this all up.

Honestly I have over watered them 3 weeks ago. Trimmed the watering to once a week. They took off again, then the n-tox occurred. I am not using any additional nutes. Happy frog soil, roots organic and black gold. These 2 plants are going to be the death of me

I flushed them a coupl days ago for n-tox. That's why I was surprised to see it might be under watered. What are brix?

First time grow Soil medium Bag seed 300watt LED full spectrum I am having a hard time keeping these guys healthy. They recovered from a pH problem but are now looking terrible. Can you tell me if these guys are under or over watered?

Ok so quick update. 2 of the 3 plants recovered nicely!!! Def a pH problem. Thanks to everyone for the great advice!! Here is what they look like today!

Yup transplanted the other day. 2 of the 3 are looking pretty good. Invested in a moisture meter as well. Tested the pH of the bottled water I was using. Looks like the pH was closer to 8+. I raised the LED a few inches and ph down the water and seeing some nice new growth now. I will give them...
