Moe where should i use the 4 ft, t5 bulbs I just got? I was thinking about the Vault?

I enjoy taking care of my plants, but what about people who are sick...it's a lot of constant attention a sick person may not be able to do...so it sucks there are limits to what a person can grow, forces a sick person to either keep growing or buying...it I were allowed I'd grow 50 plants all...

My auto did much better after I went 20/4 it seems all my plants grow better with a little off time...JMHO
