I get the same thing during flowering. dont quote me here but I think it's related to phosphorus. During this stage in flowering or a little b4 hand, SOME strains really do like a a good PK boost.

Some clones are looking better than others but they all have new growth and I think are almost fully back to vegging ( clones were taken in early flower when pistil clusters were present) .
