Your plants look healthy but I don't think they're quite there yet. How many amber trichomes would you guesstimate? Based on the pictures and info I'd say about 1-2 weeks left. But some of the pictures look a bit like foxtailing which might mean you're closer to peak harvest than 1-2 weeks...

Sounds like the weed got overdried. Do you have a hygrometer? If the moisture inside the buds falls below 55% RH then curing effectively stops and there's no point in leaving the weed in the jars any longer.

I assume you've already completed the dry since it's been 4 days since the post you made. But since you have such high RH levels I would let it dry longer than most, you need to be sure that the buds hover around 60-65% RH so you get a proper cure and also eliminate the chances of mold developing.

Not if you dry the whole plant hanging at once. That way it can easily take 2 weeks to dry the bud properly (if you got decent standard conditions and with average variables). Nobody said you should dry single calyxes for 2 weeks. But drying can (and should) take anywhere from a week to two...

Honestly he just gave his opinion, and tbf I think he's correct. A proper dry is a slow dry (of around 7-14 days depending on the variables). Use a food dehydrator if you must but it's not a proper way of drying weed nor will it deliver the full potential of the weed.
