Guess we will see. The trichomes took an arse kicking. The trics were so thick, the buds looked fuzzy...not anymore. Time will tell.

Boy how things can go south fast. Scrambled the past 2 days trying to harvest a few plants that I almost lost. I did lose one full plant to rot (1.5-2 lbs of bud). Was fine a few days ago. Total loss. We had our 4th hard frost in a week followed by extreme humidity/rain and a few of my plants...

Looks like 2-3 weeks on the rest. Take them as far as you can.

Looks good. I’d wait it out for another week on that Tomahawk if you can. Just keep a close eye for mold and if it starts, you can chop. I usually cut all the tops and leave the bottoms to mature, weather permitting of course.

    Huricane headed my way

They showed up at my house. My girlfriend was here and her daughter was sitting on the front porch when they arrived. Not cool. They are obligated to follow up on these types of complaints. The officer called me as I was away at the time. Asked a few questions and then wished me good luck on the...

    Huricane headed my way

Lol. There will be lots to spare. 825 lbs dressed on the first one. My brother ended up making the trip halfway through the season and we lucked out yesterday morning with another fine animal. He waited 31 years for it and pretty special to be able to share the experience with him and my father...

    Huricane headed my way

Yes, that one was completely unaffected. Reason is the buds aren’t very developed so it didn’t collapse under its own weight.

Teddy, yep. Wasn’t supposed to be that bad in my area. I’ll get a harvest but not what I had hoped for.

    Huricane headed my way

It was pretty bad. Drove home today to deal with the carnage. Took a lot of supports and tape to get them sorta fixed up. Most branches were still attached so that was good. Biggest issue is the wet buds. They were absolutely water logged. Clear skies ahead so hopefully they’ll dry out. There’s...

Sometimes you roll the dice and win...but usually you don’t....just gotta roll with it, I guess. Girlfriend sent me this...not over yet.

What’s more mind blowing is he’s not sure he can even go! Maybe he’ll be able to make it when he’s 80 and gets drawn again.

    Huricane headed my way

I’m in NB, Canada. No restrictions...rifle, shotgun, bow, black powder....whatever you wanna use. I don’t have the tag but a buddy of mine does as does my brother. Not easy to get tags...my brother started applying at 18 years old, he’s 49 and got drawn for the first time this year.

    Huricane headed my way

Mine will be going in the garage. No way in hell I’m rolling the dice after 6 months of work. Mine are too big to withstand the winds...they’ll be trashed if I don’t get them inside. What really sucks is I’m going moose hunting 2 hours north for the week. I’m going to have to come home, put...

Leaves turning purple in onset of week 6 flowering

What are daytime temps? Your buds will most definitely swell up substantially over the next few weeks.

Seed banks that don’t list breeders

So I was doing some googling and came across this Canadian seed bank. After perusing their site, they don’t breed their own seeds. They buy in bulk from who knows where and then sells their customers who knows what. None of their strains list the breeder...how is this possible in today’s market...

    2020 MASSACHUSETTS outdoor grow Thread!

I had a PM issue on a couple plants last year and did the H202 bath. After the buds dried, one plant smelled like fresh baked bread and the other like dirt. Lol. They lost their terpy smells but came around after a few months in jars. No effect on potency or taste. I can’t say it was 100% from...

I keep feeding until the end. There’s been a lot of debate over this for years and there’s no science that supports starving your plants to improve the final product. Makes no sense from a botanical standpoint once you do some reading. Lots of misguided practices that have become part of the...
