We have the same law here in Canada, 4 plants per household. I've never grown before, but the fact that we're only allowd to carry 30 grams/per person, and some people saying they can get POUNDS per plant, makes me ponder if they'll reduce it to ONE plant per household.

I would reckon that it's your LG 'air conditioner' that's contributing to the problem OR it's not working effectively. That's just my opinion though
