What do u guys use to measure the amount of light the plant is getting w LED?

Just received an email with some tips and user manual for the LED nice addition to it from the company

On any LED I look at on Amazon the companies say not to measure by Lux because it's a measurement for the human eye ; it says should b measured by PAR photosynthetic active radiation

Thanks for your opinion , can I get some reasoning behind this, I'll post how my younger plants grow and go from there. It'll b in a small bathroom not to much to cover

Try neem oil or insect soap . Had same problem neem oil disrupts their reproduction and the soap will kill them
