I don’t believe quality has anything to do with penetration. Strength will do the work in my experience. A 5 watt led will most likely penetrate better than a 3 watt led. Maybe I should ask beavis and butthead :rolleyes:

I was thinking of replacing my single vertical bare bulb 600w hps with two bare bulb vertical 315CMH but I hear the bulbs are more prone to exploding than the regular HPS. Anyone been running these bulbs bare and vertical for a long period of time without issues??

Im looking to incorporate everything a good soil has into my canna coco this way I would have to feed only once a week and plants would grow fast. these things would include blood and bone meal,dolomite lime, earth worm castings etc. Has any1 ever though about this before?
