This is close to ur price of that space is enough for ur needs I will need to get a exhaust fan and couple little things but for about 600 u could get a start not including soil and nutes good luck man:bigjoint:

Oh and after u dig it up sterilize it bake it in oven at 250 for 20 30 mins it will kill all bugs whatever in the soil if any . it will also kill the beneficial bacteria but u can add more of those ..one thing that sucks is when u bring a outside dirt or even store bought without sterilizing it...

Ive never heard of it what is it ? What's in it .. U have dirt outside of worse comes to worse go dig a hole findt a good spot with looser looking soil dig a little till u see decent soil and mix it with some amendments perlite.pumice some kind of aeration
