    Struggling with clones

Don't stick the clone into the hole in the top of the rapid rooter plug. Stick it in next to the hole. Or flip it over and stick it in the skinny side.

Solo Cup Christmas Tree: Who's In?

They're from northern russia, so they consider -10C to be warm. I tortured my first auto run and they flowered when they were 6" tall. One of them was just a bud on a stick and the other ones had just started to make side branches. They were so small they weren't even worth keeping because...

Solo Cup Christmas Tree: Who's In?

I cut my clones around the same time as you. We should be around the same size as the seedlings as far as I can tell.

    CO2 generator advice

Yes it will, read the graph. You need to lay off that crack pipe.

    CO2 generator advice

That's not true. CO2 increases yield even at the same light intensity. I have heard that myth too and it's why I didn't get CO2 until recently. Look at figure 6 on page 4: https://fluence.science/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Fluence-Photobiology-Guide-2019.pdf As you can see, at the same light...

    CO2 generator advice

I live in a really wet climate and my 70 pint dehu is overworked as it is. I changed my ventilation so it vented into the same room instead of another room which cut off the flow of moist air from the other room and the dehu didn't work nearly as often. I just need to get a second dehu for the...

    The Waterfarm White Rhino

Right on. A laser thermometer is super handy. You can tell if your plants are transpiring or not because the transpiration cools down the leaves. So continue to check them even when you haven't changed the light intensity so you get a feel for the range they go through. If all other conditions...

    The Waterfarm White Rhino

Get a laser thermometer and check your leaf surface temp.

    CO2 generator advice

I think I'm going to have to get a second dehumidifier. :( On the bright side my veg tent in the next room is at 950ppm. About 100ppm of that is from a mushroom bag, but still.

    Earliest flowering strains for breeding?

My friend put some dark heart blueberry muffin clones outside the first week of June and they started flowering immediately and flowered all summer. I'm not sure when they were actually finished since he just let them go, but it was definitely the earliest outdoor plant I've ever seen.

    CO2 generator advice

I just got mine. I love it! The heat is definitely not a problem, although I probably will hook up water cooling in the summer. The main problem is the humidity it causes, especially considering that I need to lower my humidity levels to account for the reduction in transpiration caused by the...

Solo Cup Christmas Tree: Who's In?

Ok, here's my info. I'll put it in a cup as soon as I see seedlings hit the veg stage. Post pictures of your plants so I can see how far along they are. Breeder: unknown Strain: Purple Punch clone Nutes Used: Flora-Flex Lights Used: 520w HLG QB288 V2 + 100w QB18 V2 Medium: Soilless

The age old question HPS, MH vs LED

I didn't say you said anything. You're just attacking me for it. So... it would make sense that you believe that. But perahps you're just so retarded you just mis-interpreted what I said to be something more simple that your retarded brain could understand and then got upset at that thing I...

    The Waterfarm White Rhino

Looks like heat stress, not necessarily light stress. And even if it is light stress (hard to tell without natural light) then all you need to do is give them more water and nutrients. Even small plants can handle full sunlight if they have enough of everything else.

    The Waterfarm White Rhino

I have a mandarin orange tree growing out of a 5 gallon hydrofarm bucket on my patio. I got a grocery bag full of oranges from it this year.

Solo Cup Christmas Tree: Who's In?

I'm going to use a clone so I'll wait a little bit for the seedlings to get bigger before I start. What do you guys think will yield more? Skywalker OG or Purple Punch?

The age old question HPS, MH vs LED

Because incandescent lights are less efficient than HPS lights. If you think HPS is better than LED, then maybe it's because of the lower efficiency? Perhaps you should try an even lower one? Obviously you're retarded because this is somehow going right over your head. I don't care what you...

fuck bic. clipper for the win

Back when I was the only one who had his own place among my group of friends, I would buy bricks of those lighters at sams club and sell them to my friends like I was running a convenience store. I just got sick of people coming over all the time and stealing my lighters, so if someone asked to...
