    Do I understand that you wish it to be more brittle versus pull and snap? Retained terpenes and decarboxylation will both lower the viscosity. What temperature and vacuum level are you running?

    It is the material column. It works by filling that horizontal tube with material and LPG and vibrating it. The design insures no trapped air or vapor. It works the same as a bottom flood, which accomplishes the same thing, but horizontal is easier to operate.

    You run it just like it sits. You open the valves and inject in the 1/8" hole on the left side, until it flows out the right side when the column is full, and then close the valves and turn on the vibrator. The 90's allow it to operate horizontally, and insure a full column.
