Possible heat stress? Only when nearer to end of light cycle. Pics included.

The actual temp of the room is around 77degrees, thats directly under the light so theres a lot of radiant heat. The 24.5c is temp taken underneath a leaf at the canopy height. I haven't had any issues up till now and its been that temp and humidity for the whole time.

Possible heat stress? Only when nearer to end of light cycle. Pics included.

Hey guys,. so i lowered my lights from 18inch to 14inch the other day and noticed they looked like heat stress the next morning before the lights turned off. I took the light up to 16inch and tried again last night but this morning they're quite bad again so have taken them back to 18inch. The...

Droopy plant after 8 hours of lights on, before and after photos.

Is 35-40RH in veg that much of a problem though? It will go up a lot as the plants grow i guess too. Remember it goes to 65-75 Rh when lights are off, for 6 hours.

Droopy plant after 8 hours of lights on, before and after photos.

That temps directly below the light, the actual temp not from radiant heat is 22c. The RH i have no idea how to fix but it's going to be perfect for flowering... im not that concerned about it, unless theres a easy way to make RH go up.. i guess it'll go up a little as they grow. In their dark...

    When to re-pot/transplant plants?

I went and got some 6L pots and transplanted them today, all as wide if not wider than the pots they were in. I kind of went off how much i was watering them more than anything as to when i transplanted, i was beginning to need to water them every day, so i guess that's time to pot up. They all...

    When to re-pot/transplant plants?

Oh really? What if I let them grow out a bit in these containers, like a week or so then transplant into 19l, I don't have any pots around 10l or in between.

    When to re-pot/transplant plants?

Hi guys, just wondering what size i should be replanting these? I'll be re-potting into 19L/5 Gal fabric pots and finishing in them. The big one has roots coming out the bottom, quite a few and the other 2 have a few. They're all 60-100mm high, really short and bushy. The containers are 90mm...

Worried about nothing? 86 degrees at plants, 77 in room.

Yeah, i figured it would be out of the direct light, so my temps are absolutely fine. Thanks for ya reply. Yeah, i know. I've done a lot of research and have reassured myself and so has everyone's replies. I took that photo literally 10 seconds before watering them :)

Worried about nothing? 86 degrees at plants, 77 in room.

Yeah, its certainly not hot at all. It's a nice temperature. I guess i keep an eye on them, the room isn't going over 26 at this point, which is a good temperature. Thanks for your help and reassurance.

Worried about nothing? 86 degrees at plants, 77 in room.

I have a small fan blowing on the light and one blowing just above the plants, the plants move a little bit with the air movement but not making them dance/bend over. If the fans not there it gets to 33-35 right on top of the plants. Once they're bigger ill be able to put a fan running kind of...

Worried about nothing? 86 degrees at plants, 77 in room.

Thanks for your reply :D I understand about radiation from the light, i just wanted to know if those temps are okay, or rather where to take the temps from? From what your saying i shouldn't be worried about the higher temps directly below the light. Rather take ambient temp of the room, which...

Worried about nothing? 86 degrees at plants, 77 in room.

Hi guys, so lights on my temps directly in the light under my plants is 84-86 but at the same height but to the side walls it sits at 71-78ish. Are the temps directly on the plants a issue or am i over thinking things? They're under a 400w MH and have a small fan blowing on the plants and a nice...

    Help...Over LSTed and cracked

Even if you tie it up so the cracks are closed it will heal and be perfectly fine. I've snapped them to the point where its holding on by a bit of skin kind of thing and they mend themselves. Slows growth a bit while it heals but it will be just fine!

    Odd question

What if I stopped it though, will the just die and won't sprout again or just continue without water? Guess if they die I've lost 2 seeds. I can't grow 4 so had to just put them back into their packets.
