Ive had an iPower 4” running controlled by an iPower temp controller in a vegetable tent for almost a year now with no issues. Id recommend them because ive never had a problem with the brand. The reviews on Amazon show 4/5 stars with 500+ reviews. How is that bad?

That fan just has a controller on it. It doesnt actually regulate temp or humidity, just allows you to hook temp and hum devices to it. For like $70 you can get that iPower fan I linked and a temp/humidity controller.

Ya its just part of it. If you grow in your house, you can reduce the smell greatly but not 100%.
