Im on Day 17 of flower and am seeing a minor issue effectiong about 5% of my plants on my more hard to grow strains. I often see it, half the time it corrects the other times it gets slowly worse where towards the very end of flower ill have a decent amount of yellow brown leaves but the buds...
I always hear you dont need to pH bio bizz. Ive run the line for 15 years and pHed it all along with good results. But the fact that I keep hearing to not pH has made me give it a test run with out. It just freaks me out that after adding the nutes the ph is down to 5.3-5.5 I dont see how...
You dont need the whole line. Gro/bloom is really all you need, but I would def. add in a cal-mag and an enzyme. I use general organics calmag as needed.
Yeah when I add my bio bizz nutes it takes the water from pH 7.4 down to like 5.4. Once I add some benificials and let it bubble for a few hours it comes back up to like 6-6.2. So Im assuming that it would do the same thing in the soil. Ive ran bio bizz for years now and have always pH'ed my...
Was wondering the same thing recently. I have some HLG 650 Diablos Im loving and thinking about adding the UV bar but honestly the lights produce damn good end result already so its hard to want to add anything. Yeilds are insane compared to previous on 1000W HPS and im at 65% of the power...
I made the switch to LED from years on 1000w HPS. I went with HLG 600r initially and then upgraded to the HLG 650 Diablo lights. Things are insane right from the first cycle pulling 2lbs per light prety effortlessly with out CO2. I was missing the quality of the HPS at first but once I got...
Heres round two of progress pics (forgot to tag you in previous post update). Near done now, just have to put foam board insulation on walls and floor. Then will figure out if im going to just put panda film up or something else. I fired up the heater and after a few hours it got it up to 70...
Yes the block walls on the sides are underground, block wall on the back is sepereating the garage from the basement. The veg room will be against one of the outside block walls (underground) and the basement seperating block wall to the basement.
Will look into the propane heater but worried...
The roll up doors are in the same room but 12 feet away from the closest veg room wall. You can see the one in the last picture behind the lawn mower. I was planning on doing a sealed room mostly to keep unwanted bugs out. Will have to get a dehumidifier and CO2. My main wory is how hard its...
Heres a few pics of the day 1 progress on veg room. Got a chunk of the framing complete. It will be 10ft x10ft. Ended up going with 2x4 walls. Going to insulate with fiberglass between studs and 2" high density foam on the floor and walls. Then will run a 120v circuit to the room for lights...
Yeah im using HLG Scorp Diablo dialed to 50% and about 24 inches above. Will get the numbers up and maybe do an early watering to get everything wet. I just got it wet enough to where when you squeeze it hard in hand only few drops come out.
4 days ago I transplanted from my 1 liter smal pots to 5 gallon pots. Using bio bizz lite soil (all peat 30 perlite no nutrients) with the biobizz line. Moistened the soil but didnt soak it and did my tansplants. Room is about 50% humidity 74 degrees lights on 24/0. And I often get this...
I will try to do a before and after pic if i remember. It will prob be 10x10 and I should do the 2x6, will see. Ill probably just put some high density foam on the concrete because I dont realy want to build a floor.
And I guess I will get a an exterior door from lowes but I wish there was a...
Really appreciate everyone with all the feedback. I think im going to do a quick build out, 2x4 walls with some pink panther insulation. Not a fan of HPS as the room would be for moms and cloning. Ill have 3 or 4, T5 setups and can keep it on 24/7 in the winter to help with heat along with a...
So im setting up a 15x15ish size veg room in Vermont in a garage so it gets prety cold in winter, stays above freezing all year but prob gets down to 35 degrees F. Anyone aware of insulated type grow tents or have any ideas of how to insulate one. Or am I better off just framing out a room with...
Awesome, Im def going to do some research try to get back into the coco whith this method. I dont know why but for some reason im drawn to the medium. It just seems cleaner, dosent get to wet, and easy to water. Appreciate the info!
