Hey man i just transplanted my seedlings into 20 litre fabric bags and at the moment im just watering a lil bit every day do i wait till the plant is more established before watering for runoff ?

Im using a 1200 luma i have it at about a metre high and dimmed right down to about a quater probably less i usually do wait till soil drys before i water but i think my gf panicked and flooded them but they seem to be coming back right Could the light be too close to them or too high i started...

So while i was at work my gf unplugged my fan and it got a bit hot in my closet so she freaked and she watered them are the edges like that cause they are burnt fron being to hot and is it drooping cause of over watering ?
