I'm using an electronic PH meter which is calibrated. The PH of the feed is about 5.9. Using normal tap water (soft water). Phosphorus deficiency - i've no idea. I assumed (possibly incorrectly) that the various nutrients I'm using would have this in the amount required.

Looks like my issues are continuing. Five days on with a PH balanced feed and the issues continue. Check out these photos: This is a dwarf plant, so I expect it to be pretty small - but you can maybe make out the top leaves are still getting browning issues. I'm currently watering once...

Thankfully my PH up/down arrived the next day so I didn't need to use vinegar. She's now getting a properly balanced feed and it looks like its slowed down the issue but 5 days on and it's not gone completely. Still seeing browning on newer leaves, though not as wide-spread.

Yes getting plenty run-off but looks like PH was the issue. But I will remove lower leaves which have died completely, just waiting to see how she goes over next few days.

Because I didn't know any better. In soil, I didn't have problems with the amount of nutrients I was giving the plant. It did really well without needing to check the PH so my natural assumption was that it would be at least similar in coco. Apparently wrong but I know now. If this one...

Ugh - the problem appears to be getting worse. Even brand new leaves are showing some spots of brown now, and middle-tier leaves are looking pretty bad too. I've ordered PH testing stuff and PH up/down in case it's a PH issue (I don't think it is though). Anyone else offer any suggestions...

Last grow I put about an inch and the little bastards were passing through it like the gate of a fairground attraction. This time I'll be using mosquito bits but so far, no issues. It's also pretty cold outside for fungus gnats. Not many of them about now.

I've ordered some seaweed solution which I'll try tomorrow and see how that goes. Frustrating as hell - BUT.... no fungus gnats yet, so that's a win!

A guy in the UK recently got busted with 6 plants in a home grow. It went to court but he was only ordered to pay £700 fine and of course, had his growing materials seized.

So you're saying the under-watering caused this on the lower two leaves, but I shouldn't see it continue now I'm watering daily?
