Availability we've struggled with, especially with other breeders that we carry. Mostly sorted out our own issues but always trying to improve there too. I like to think we're pretty good on that. Overnight messages is the biggest problem though. But during the day we try to reply as fast as...

Not a bad idea at all. If we've built up some rapport with the buyer we do tend to throw in something they've been looking for, for free. I think your idea is better and makes more sense though.

We usually keep smaller batches (we're a small operation tbh) so they move pretty quick. Anything that nears the end we kinda prefer to give away or try a grow off with them. I do like the jiffy puck idea but Canuk (I think, either them or True North) already do that. We'd wanna be more unique lol
