Glad you spotted the "spots". I thought they were insect bites too, checked the underneath of the leaf and other leaves too but found nothing. These few spots have been there for a while and none other showed up after.

All I care about is that my seedling looks way better now. I replanted in to a smaller pot like many commented that I shouldn't have moved it to a bigger pot and keep it in a drier medium. Potting mix was pretty moist. Didn't feel like it required any more water. It's not completely dry right now. Last I checked just beneath the top layer the medium is still damp. so there is some water in it, I actually am aiming for almost no water. Before I start watering it again.

So after all I couldn't control myself and repotted it back to the solo cup but this time I got rid of most of the medium stuck in the tiny root ball, gave it some rooting powder and kept the cup as dry as it can be. Cup now almost weights nothing. Leaves curling down/drooping seems to be...

No it's not feminized, it's a regular "Afghan Landrace" seed. Although, in the hindsight maybe I should have ordered FEMs'. At least the pain I'm feeling right now would have been justified. For now I might be crying over a male plant. lmfao

After going through couple of weeks of Germination pains, and killing the first two germinated seeds. This seed survived ME. I wasn't sure if it was going to be a male or female but it pains me to see the seedling so sad and droopy.

This is how the pot and the seedling look like now. medium looks much drier than the pictures. Had to lower brightness on the camera which is making the medium look darker than it should.
