My suggestion is that it could be the lights are to hot/close try pulling the lights up and see how they respond. Another reason is overwatering or to much nutrients. Adjust feeding if necessary basically listen to your plants. Hopefully things work out keep us updated!!

Be careful with how much water you give your seedlings. It’s best to let your soil completely dry out before water. I’d invest in a ph moist, light, & ph tester at amazon. Check my video out on my seedling time lapse. I am a first time grow and hope my journey can help you.
