If you could post a few more pictures and make sure they’re Focused as well as you can that would be helpful. Actually that would be very helpful sometimes the differences can be very subtle so good pictures can make the difference.

Pests would congregate on the underside of the leaves (generally). If you have looked closely and if anything appears the least bit suspect use a magnifying glass to be sure nothing is hiding under there.

If every other aspect of the plants health is looking normal and these spots are isolated and not wide spread or spreading to lots of fan leaves I don’t think you have much to worry about. Just make sure to avoid any extremes in your cultivation practices.
