    Coco Growers Unite!

I looked at the latest picks and it does look like a potassium issue which usually is not a issue in coco but it can be if you have a long vegging period. The potassium in the coco depletes after about 4-5 weeks. Honestly though, I think that your potassium issue is caused by other...

The Official Canna Coco & Nutrients Thread

I would say both week 3 and 4... or u can start using it as soon as u get some little flower clusters forming and stop using it 2 weeks before flower. If u only want to use it for one week then i would say week 3.5 - 4.5 I suppose.

I knew this would happen, and things will only get worse for the growers who are currently supplying the medical market... Just use a super diluted strength like 2ml per gallon and/or some sort of simple sugar carbs to keep your beneficials happy and your buffer stable... Just a little cal/mag and some sugar would be fine for flushing... Keep your EC around 0.6 and you will be fine, it can be a little lower but I...

You are exactly right... you can't water too much, you can only water too often. This is true for any medium, coco, soil, soiless, ect.

It's a little more complex and subtle then that... It's not going to be some drastic ill effect that you can see with your eyes like you would with a nutrient deficiency or some other major problem. Although some studies show that over time, plants will stretch and bend to grow away from some...

if your tap water was high in usable calcium then you could probably even buffer with that but it probably has chlorine in it which is going to effect your beneficials in a negative way so it just depends on how much effort you want to put into all of this growing thing... You can certainly get...

Yea filtered water is what i meant but it is not a must... As far as buffering goes, you really want to buffer with Cal/mag or you will end up with pH issues...
