Chloramine will not evaporate, thats why it is used instead of chlorine. It would not be a bad idea to find out exactly what is in your water and then treat it accordingly. RO is awesome, like Yodaweed said add ca and mg.
How about the water source? Good pure RO water with a bit of mag? I would also suggest mastering and controlling the 16 elements the plants need. Read the back of every bottle you have and make sure all 16 are there. Be sure that any nutrient you are using in conjuction with another is not...
There is no such thing. Filtering something is different than forcing a membrane through water. The filters will clean up your water for sure but there is no replacement for reverse osmosis. Most of those filters are just the first 2 steps in the water pirification process. If you were to...
Why not just spend the 12 dollars on a new bag? Is saving twelve bucks worth an afternoon of picking out roots and boiling some mud? I dont disagree with anybody who does this, but it wouldnt be for me i feel my time is more valuable than that.
Get a few 5 gal jugs and go to the water machine at the liquor store or wherever. Its gonna be the right stuff coming out of the machine usually 1.50 or so for 5 gals. I wouldnt even bother with letting tap water sit out. Assuming that your local water supplier isnt using chloramine which cannot...
Technically its called the fertigation method. Many commercial nurseries use this method becuase of how easy and cost effective it is. The water is prepared as if it was going to be used in a hydroponic garden so all of the same rules apply. Pretty easy and fun gives much better yields but thats...
Swap the distilled water for
Ro water and get your ph lower to 5.8 or so. If no improvement after a week than feed slightly maybe 500 ppm and see what happens
Hi one thing i would like to mention is for nutrition. Plants only need 16 elements to thrive. Learn the 16 elements and read the back of any bottle you use or purchase. Make sure you are not adding too much of one element or not enough of another. Personally i stay away from anything that is...
The fist thing i would do is eliminate the soil from your coco. Just buy a pre made coco mix that already has the perlite so its easy and cost effective with the size of your garden. I use botannicares ready grow areation formula but there are many good ones out there that work.
