    how do i wire a co2 sensor!!??

It would be best to have a volt meter to hook it up, not recommended for newb's as 240V has a lot higher chance of killing you versus 120V. You could get a bare plug 240V from home depot and hook it up to the proper 3 wires, 240 will have 4 wires. It's usually the white, black and green you...

    how do i wire a co2 sensor!!??

Also, when looking at transformers, make sure it can supply sufficient current for your device. It will also say this on the output line on the back of the transformer. Check the back of the meter or the book or online for it's current requirements.

You just have to look at the transformer, also called wall warts or cell phone charger,,, it will say the output voltage on the back...

    Power usage question

Oh, as for alternate methods such as wind or fuel cell, probably not worth it for you just yet. The amount of time it would take you to get your return on your investment would be measured in decades. For less than the cost to feed a starving etheopian you could run your setup.

    Power usage question

You will be just fine. It's easy to calculate wattage to amps. Add up the total wattage of everything that is on that circuit, that comes to 300 watts from your list. Take that 300 and divide it by your voltage which is 120V. So 300 / 120 = 2.5 amps well under your 15 amp fuse. Leave your...

    Judging dryness by weight

Is it possible to judge if buds are done drying and ready for curing by weight. Say I pick out an average sized branch and weigh it just after cutting and then weigh that same branch everyday to track the amount of moisture is left. If we start with 80% weight as water and we want maybe ?20%...

    Ozone to CO2?

The airreactor products would work but I would just make my own. Plenty of good posts on here about building your own for about $20. I like to make stuff myself, it usually saves alot of money. I just need to figure out how much it makes. I'll have to order those co2 test kit some time. I...

    Ozone to CO2?

thats still over $300, about $280 more that I want to spend right now. They still use co2 as a sheilding gas, i think it's mostly in mig. Besides, I wouldn't tell them what it was for, they don't need to know anything more than I want co2.

What is your Favorite way of making hash from your trim???

I made a tumbler for my trimmings. It's kind of like a rotating kif box, I'm to lazy to rub all those leaves across the screen. I haven't used it yet so I can't tell you how it works. I planned on using that and then making honey oil after to get all the last trichs off.

    Ozone to CO2?

I was looking for a system with not much added cost. I already have a homemade ozone gen., if all I had to do was put it in a box and vent it through a carbon filter it would be cheap I just don't know the volume produced. My ozone gen. is powerful, to powerful, i can smell it trough the whole...

How Do You Make Disstilled Water?

The ice water stays in the lid, when the steam hits the cold bottom of the lid it condenses back into water drops and roll down the curved lid and drip into the glass bowl. Thats why he says you may have to spoon off the ice water at the top so you don't spill it when you take it off.

    Ozone to CO2?

Yeah I'd like to know what kind of system you come up with for monitoring co2. I haven't looked into digital co2 monitors yet, I'd like to but I don't have the money to build/buy one so I'm I'm not going to bother looking yet. I was kind of hoping there was someone on here that had the...

    Ozone to CO2?

I have 2 gallon milk jugs filled with sugar/yeast mix. The only problems with that are the low volume, I can' turn it off at night, gotta remix a batch every week, mold spores or whatever yeast is floating around. I figured a continuous system using just electricity would be cheap and easy to...

    Ozone to CO2?

Another thought, instead of the candle I could pass the ozoneated air through a carbon filter and create co2. I really wish I had a meter to see if this is worth experimenting with.

    Ozone to CO2?

I know it's not safe. I know a single candle doesn't produce much co2. But, per the reaction I posted, I was wondering how much of the carbon from the candle soot would get converted to co2 in the presence of high concentrations of ozone. This is all theoretical, I was just curious about the...

    Ozone to CO2?

I was doing some reading while medicated on ozone the other day and found something interesting that got the wheels spinning. I was lighting a candle before a bowl and I thought about the soot that candles put out. On the wikipedia page for ozone I saw a reaction for o3 converting to co2...

    Freeloading Gnats Got to Go!

I've heard having sand on top of your soil is bad because it prevents some oxygen from reaching to roots. Do you think taking a shop vac and getting all the loose soil off the top first, watering the plant and letting it dry for an hour or so, and then top it off with some fresh, dry and...
